Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship domestic via Canada Post.
You will receive an email once your order is shipped, which includes a tracking number. Orders typically take between 1-7 business days, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Always double check your shipping address at checkout before placing your order!
If you are not fully satisfied with your supply or tool purchase, you may return it with proof of purchase within two weeks from the purchase date for store credit or exchange. Products must be in good condition and their original packaging or additional charges could apply.
Store credits are issued as a gift card; these do not expire and can be used towards courses or workshops, bench rentals or the supply store. Exchanges can be placed once your store credit is received.
All materials (metal, findings, gemstones) are final sale.
Returns are to be shipped at the customer's expense with proof of purchase, insurance coverage and tracking via Canada Post. Please package your items properly to avoid damage.
