Are you hooked on stone setting after taking our Stone Setting 1 course? This is your next step to add some serious sparkle to your pieces!
In this course, you’ll learn tube setting for round faceted gemstones. Designed for students who are comfortable with their current setting skills, this class will help you take your craftsmanship to the next level.
During the first half of the course, the instructor will walk you through the key differences between cabochons and faceted gemstones before teaching you how to create a tube setting for a round brilliant stone. In the second half, you’ll apply your new skills by working on a project of your own.

**IMPORTANT: Please note that participants are required to be familiar with soldering techniques prior to enrolling in this course. The instructor will not have the ability to dedicate time during the course to review basic soldering skills. If you are unsure, have been out of the studio for more than six months or feel like you may need a refresher, please register for our Soldering Refresher Course before attending this course. Please contact us ahead of time for any questions or concerns.
